During the Warranty Period, E Home will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
WHAT WILL WE DO TO CORRECT PROBLEM?
E Home will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from E Home is 365 days from the date of purchase.

I actually love this lamp turned off as much as I like it when it's switched on. The branches are easy to arrange, all the lights worked. There was a bit of a funky smell when I first opened the package (like paint drying), but that went away quickly. Takes 3 AA batteries.

It arrived on time and was as advertised. I would have preferred it not to have those [birch] black marks on the trunk but it was the closest I could find to replace my twenty year old one. I wil hang various size shamrocks on it for St. Patricks day, then eggs for Easter , black cats and pumpkins for Halloween, etc. It will be used all year long.
