I love the idea of this tree for an accent piece, but the fact that you can not dim the lights is a big turn off. those lights are so bright it is blinding! I bought the dimmer attachment, but the only thing that does is make it go from bright to dim and it keeps switching or it flashes like a strob light. It will not stay dim. So, if you are looking to light up a space like you are on the sun, this is something I would suggest you get, but if you want ambiance, this is not it
